For more than 20 years, I’ve helped cities grow smarter, serve better, and lead with purpose. From Seattle to Miami, I’ve worked alongside elected officials, staff, and communities to build trust and results.
In Seattle, I led efforts across Finance, Transportation, Economic Development, and Public Libraries, driving equity-focused policies and streamlining services citywide. In Bellevue, I played a central role in expanding digital access for over 1.6 million residents through the eCityGov Alliance. In Carson, I led Finance, Information Technology, Public Information, Sustaiability, Performance Management, and Innovation—helping the city boost reserves, modernize operations, and launch new public services. Now, in North Miami Beach, I’m leading a critical transformation of budget systems, utility rates, and long-term planning.
I’ve worked through tough politics, urgent deadlines, and major transitions. What I’ve learned is simple: leadership is listening. Real progress comes when leaders show up with integrity, take ownership, and bring others along.
My goal is to help cities face the future—with clear plans, bold ideas, and a deep commitment to public service.
