As Deputy City Manager for Carson, I oversee critical departments like Finance, IT, and Innovation, focusing on sustainable growth and operational efficiency while keeping the community’s needs at the heart of every decision.

In Seattle, I developed financial strategies that supported the city’s growth, collaborating with city leaders to ensure fiscal responsibility. In Bellevue, I played a key role in modernizing public services through the eCityGov Alliance, benefiting over 1.65 million residents by enhancing online accessibility.
