For over two decades, I’ve worked across major cities—Seattle, Los Angeles, and South Florida—helping local governments lead with purpose, manage with discipline, and build trust that lasts. In Seattle, I supported citywide policy and operations across Finance, Transportation, Libraries, Information Technology, Innovation, Sustainability and Economic Development. I helped shape the city’s long-term financial strategy and played a key role in delivering transformational infrastructure, including the Seattle's multi-billion dollar Waterfront Park transformation and the Alaskan Way Viaduct replacement tunnel.
In Bellevue, I helped expand the eCityGov Alliance, improving digital access and regional collaboration for more than 1.6 million residents. In Carson, I led Finance, IT, Public Information, Sustainability, Innovation, and Performance Management. Through targeted revenue reforms and disciplined budgeting, we increased the city’s general fund reserves to a historic $220 million—while modernizing operations and strengthening public trust.
Now, in North Miami Beach, I’m focused on utility rate reform, capital planning, and budget modernization—building systems that last and preparing the city for what’s next.
Across every role, the lesson is the same: real leadership means showing up, listening, and doing the hard work—especially when it’s uncomfortable. My goal has never been just to manage. It's to help cities adapt, serve smarter, and lead with clarity.
